Welcome to Behavioral Solutions of Southern Nevada. BSSN was founded with a vision to provide compassionate, person-centered behavioral health services that empower individuals and families to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting success. We believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care.

As a licensed educator and Certified Community Health Worker, I have dedicated my career to supporting children, adolescents, and families. My experiences in education and behavioral health inspired me to create an organization where quality care, strong relationships, and community collaboration come together to make a lasting impact.

My Christian faith has shaped my values of compassion, integrity, and service, and those values guide my leadership every day. While BSSN welcomes and serves individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs, our commitment remains the same—to provide ethical, evidence-based care while helping every individual feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow and excel.
